Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I dealt with Alex in preparation for my real estate preparation exams. When I was first introduced to Alex, he seemed like a very intelligent individual who sincerely cares about the success of his students. As I got to know him and deal with him, the one thing that made me most, shall I say, curious, was that he constantly brought up in some way or fashion doing ADDITIONAL business with me, which I found peculiar and odd but thought nothing of it. Recently, upon completion of my course two examination, Alex brought to my attention the fact that, supposedly, I needed additional paperwork from him in order to pass my final exam. At this point I said I don't think I need it, Alex, but thanks anyways; he said he would provide me the paperwork upon some informal commitment that IF I decide to use a tutor for my articling courses, I would only use his services; I was reluctant to agree because, as I told him, I am in no position to make any sort of commitment to work with him or anyone in the future. He said no problem, I totally get it; sign this paperwork so that, from my perspective, I can have permission to contact you in the future to see if you would be interested to work with me. I signed thinking nothing of it; in the paperwork he brought up pricing that he will agree to in advance in order to show a gesture of good faith should I decide to move forward with him. Once it was all signed, he automatically said 'now you realize you can't cancel this; once I put it in my system, you owe me the funds.' I immediately snapped at him because this was NOT our discussion at all; he lead me to sign paperwork under false pretence. Furthermore, he claimed I am an adult and he did not force me to sign anything; I did it all under my own volition. I couldn't believe this man abused the relationship that he and I built together. Furthermore, during his so called one on one sessions with me, he was CONSTANTLY on the telephone; the man has no way of saying no to any phone call, and he easily consumed at minimum 10-20 minutes per 1 hour class with me by being on the phone. I would highly advise people to STAY AWAY from Alex Quazi. The way he deals with people is not proper.

This Report sounds exactly the way Alex would Speak, using percentages as examplmes and always saying negative things about competitors. I dealt with him and got ripped off as well. He also tried to get me to sign all kinds of stuff. I just walked away.

We are not your competitors, Alex Quazi, we are your TARGETS. We are your VICTIMS. We are the people you stole from. You use stolen money to pay for your house at 96 Denton Ave, Scarborough, ON. You use stolen money to pay for your Audi, your Ferrari, and your Lexus. You deserve to be in prison. We have no horse in this race, we would not be warning other people to stay away from you if you were not a liar and a thief.

Alex Quazi from Real Estate Exams Group is NOT A SCAM or Liar!

Why some competitor tries to make other company very bad. I would say Alex Quazi is himself is the victim of this competitor scam. If you cannot make good money or you do not have good reputation than DO NOT try to make others bad. I have more people that they said all the time Mr. Quazi from Real Estate Exams Group did the great job for them as a Realtor as well as the Real Estate Tutor and that is 100% true, I personally believe that. I just want to say very basic thing to all... That Think yourself do not go by Competitors messages... They try to pass false messages into the market. So people scared and don’t go with good company/person. Bottom line... Think, Experience and that make Decision not by comments or false reports that have been posted by bad competitors.
