My problems started on 3/15/10 After i paid In Full and bought the kitten i never recieved. I wanted to drive to Alabama and pick up my Kitten, But Lisa wanted for my kitten to stay an extra month 4 free, so she can send my kitten with my Sons, kitten together at the same time thats when i started to get nervouse and and only then Lisa told me the kittens mothe liade on his paw and ther for it limps ..... Lisa to me show details Apr 2 Sam, Here is a copy of the email(see below for email from 3/31/10 that was sent to you and your son) I sent you the other day regarding the black kitten. As per our phone conversation this morning(4/2/10) you stated that you hadnt read the front page of my website but I emailed you the other day stating what my website said. I even waiting 24 hours to see if you would change your mind before I decided to sell him to someone else. There is nothing wrong with the black kitten...if there was then why is he leaving for his new home this morning. They saw the same pics as you did and said he looked great. I dont know why you are getting so upset over the $ for the black kitten because you are the one that made the choice not to take him (I told you in the email that the $ towards the black male was non refundable) & I even texted your son with the same information. And you still chose not to take him so the $ is non refundable and not transferrable You told me 6 weeks ago that those were the 2 kittens that you wanted. Now you want to back out and think Im going to just transfer your $ to another kitten & another kitten? I already transferred your money over to another kitten 6 weeks ago when you asked me to transfer your deposit from the brown tabby female from Airelle & Ivan to the blue torbie female from Nova & Jalapeno and I stated then I wasnt tranferring any other money over to any other kitten. I dont do business that way. I have too many ppl wanting my kittens for someone to back out and want to tranfer their money over to another kitten and another kitten. I have been very cooperative with you and your choices for kittens. I have bent over backwards getting pics and explaining things to you. NOW you want to threaten me and tell me you are going to shut down my business....GOOD LUCK WITH THAT IDEA. I run a legitamite business and I fly kittens all over the US & Canada. I have dealt with ppl like you before and I wont hesitate to handle this issue legally if you try to slander my name or my business. I already transferred a deposit over earlier when you decided not to get the brown tabby and instead to get the blue female. It states clearly on the front page of my website that all money paid towards the purchase of a kitten is NON REFUNDABLE unless I cannot produce the kitten so therefore since Sam decided he doesnt want the black male kitten none of his money will be transferred to the blue kitten. If you want the blue kitten the balance is still $200 plus airfare expenses. Thank you, Lisa Reply Forward Reply |Lisa to me show details Apr 2 That is not how the conversation went at all...I told him the paw was NOT a BIRTH DEFECT it was how the kitten sits in Utero(spelling)...its how they are curled inside and that the older he got and the more weight he puts on the foot it would work itself out so to wait a few weeks for when he picked up the blue kitten that black male would be fine(I have had other kittens like him with the same problem and have taken them to the vet and thats what my vet told me...But Sam wouldnt let it rest...so I kept sending him pics of the kitten & explaining to him that it was already working out since the kitten was gaining weight and getting bigger & by the time he got him in April with the blue kitten he wouldnt even notice it...this is what I get for being HONEST with ppl. But no the man wouldnt listen to me(guess me and my vet are the dumbasses not the experts even though my vet has been in business for over 40 yrs and has seen this before and me I have been breeding these cats for over 6 yrs now) he didnt want to listen. And to be honest I wasnt going to tell him in the first place & this is the reason why because of all the drama. I should have just told him that the kitten wasnt ready to go home yet. If he would have just listened to me none of this would have happened. I know what Im talking about. Im not a breeder that sends out handicapped & sick kittens. Im a very hardworking & honest breeder that cares about my babies. And I dont want ppl freaking out if they see something out of the ordinary. And no I was not trying to scam Sam out of his money....I have bent over backwards in working with him, transferring deposits. And I told him if he backed out again I wasnt transferring any other money to any other kittens. He made the choice not to take the black kitten after I told him I wouldnt transfer his money because he didnt want to listen to me "the expert" in breeding highland lynx cats. If he would have been patient and listened to me and waited like I asked him to none of this would have happened. Thank you, Lisa
