I was surfing the net, looking for possible services I could use if I needed to make a name change on my passport in a hurry. I found a link for this company and filled in my information. When I put in my credit card info, I assumed they would charge my account only if I used their service. There was no clear disclosure on any of the pages that talked about this company's lack of a refund policy. It's only if you click on their small "Terms of Use" link that you then find out they don't give refunds. I don't think this company should charge your credit card unless they provide a service to you, like when you send them your documents for processing. I checked the Better Business Bureau of West Palm Beach, Florida and found this company has an "F" rating because they ignore consumer complaints and don't respond to the BBB. I wish I would have done more checking on this company before I clicked on their link. I wrongly assumed that because Forbes and MSNBC had done articles on them that they were legit & would deal fairly with customers and potential customers. This company also goes by ExpeditedTravel.com. I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

We have a satisfactory rating of "B" with the Better Business Bureau. We meet all the requirements of the BBB and answer all complaints. We are committed to disclosing our refund policy to our customers and investigating any disputes that a customer may have concerning it. The terms and conditions are accessible on every page of our site. If a customer is not entitled to a refund, they are allowed to keep their account open for future use. Please be aware that the Department of State only allows us to process a limited amount of expedited passports each day. The fee we charge is for the reservation that we hold on our customer's behalf. Due to the time sensitive nature of our service we were not able to accommodate another customer's request for that day. I hope we have addressed your comments and apologize that you did not have a positive experience with us.
