totalcreation.co.uk are a cheap web designer based in the UK, the service they offer is absolutely awful, the attitude of owner Rober Carter working from his parents back bedroom is appalling. His company is a scam based on ripping off unsuspecting consumers to sign up to his web design service. Work doesnt complete, prices rise regardless of fees originally agreed & threats of legal action when you question his motives. AVOID this scam/shoddy outfit at all costs you will get ripped off one way or another!
