UnionSmart.org has never had any problems reported on the website since it's creation in 1995. The website is 100% legitimate and has a clean record with Better Business Bureau. The BBB is the only organization recognized to report on companies in the United States. We do not recognize your company as a reputable reporting service. Anyone who is against unions or the working families of America and has an agenda to destroy organized labor can say anything they want on this website, without providing proof. This site is an open forum for anyone to vent.

There are more and more companies that have been burned by these types of operations.
Many Union Stewards do not and will not allow these types of operations to solicit their members. Read the many complaints filed on the internet. Google "Union Member Referral Scams", you'll find someone named Jack Binen (Las Vegas) and Howard Brandwein(Phoenix, Az), these two are the biggest culprits of perpetuating these types of scams and are still trying to take money from unsuspecting and vulnerable business owners.
This operation is located in Grover Beach, California but operate nationwide. STAY CLEAR OF THEM!!!!!
