On May 26, 2011 I purchased online via www.widevarieties.com Order #
20110526095206 (2) Apple iPhone 4G (32GB) and (1) Apple iPad-2 WIFI 3G 64 GB
(Factory Unlocked) also included as free gifts were to be an Ipod and an Xbox.
These items were purchased at the VIP price of $269 x 2 + $355 = $893 USD
Shipping and Insurance was to be free. These items were to be paid via money
order which I did using Publix as the source to send the Money to Western Union

I have tried on various occasions to find out where my items were and never could get a straight answer. Finally I got a response that I suddenly had to pay $400 in tariff charges to get my items out of customs. This was never mentioned and I argued the fact but paid it using another form of payment. After several days I finally got a response by bugging her on the instant messenger and she said the order was shipped to the wrong address.  I asked for a tracking number and it took many times but she gave me a number and said it was Fedex, I called Fedex with that number and was told they had no such number in the system. I was then told they were having the items returned to be shipped out to me and to send them my address. I sent the address (which they should have) and later they said they had the items at the manufacturer and they were damaged and needed to be replaced but would be shipped out in a week.  I waited over a week and tried to get in touch with them and when I give them my order number that is when all communication stops. I contact them every day to try to get a tracking number but I never get a response back. Laura (customer service) responded one day that they had been shipped several days ago and that she sent me an email with the tracking number (never got said email), when I asked her to send it again she said that she did not have the number. They dont keep them. I asked her to just resend the email, she said she deleted it because she has too many emails.

So I have sent over $1,300 to get these items over a month ago and I still havent gotten them, dont know if I will ever get them.
