I ordered this from zoomboli, not the other one and had problems also. It didn't clean everything it claimed and it did mess my computer up. I removed the program a few days ago. Today I called the 866 number and was on hold for maybe 3 minutes. The woman who answered was nice and quick with my refund. She didn't try to sell me anything else or ask why I was unhappy with it.
