Several reports have come to light that Wyndham managers and executives have begun shredding sensitive documents requested in numerous federal and state employment and sales fraud lawsuits. These documents have also been requested in on-going investigations by the SEC and FTC.  The picture contained herein shows a huge “shred-it” truck at the sales offices of Wyndham’s resort in Nashville, Tennessee.   The picture was taken by a Wyndham owner just this week, describing the shredding activities as way out of the ordinary.  Such conduct would violate several federal and state laws, as well as court orders.  Our requests and calls for more information from Wyndham have not been returned.

Wow - this wasnt posted but a few seconds before you chimed in..... Thats interesting.  One can only include one of two things:  1) Either you have absolutely no life so you sit online all day on sites like Ripoff and make idle uneducated comments about this and that; or.... 2) You actually work for Wyndham, and your whole job is to troll the web and respond to negative comments about your employer.

Hoping its the later, it begs the question, why does Wyndham need paid defenders.  You only have to enter Wydnham into Google to see thousands of people who have similar very negative opinions of your employer, who has defruaded thousands, including its own sales people out of overtime pay (see the many state wide class actions being settled by Wyndham).

Just search Wyndham in Ripoff Report or other consumer sites and you get thousands of results spanning several years.  You think all those good people are wrong?

I mean really, just look at Wyndham Vacation's BBB rating (lowered from an F to nill).  After 1700 fraud complaints, even the BBB has concluded that Wyndham "has a pattern of complaints concerning misrepresentation in selling practices. Consumer complaints report that the verbal representations are inconsistent with the written agreement. According to complaints, claims include representations that the purchase is an "investment" and the same as "real estate" in that it will increase in value. Owners report mandatory meetings that they are led to believe are to introduce new features and benefits but result in a sales presentation to purchase or upgrade their points. In some instances owners are encouraged to complete a survey or questionnaire which results in another sales presentation to purchase additional points."

In any event, Wyndham is very well known for its corproate greed, and i dont think anyone will be surprised that they are trying to cover up that greed!

Funny that all I see is a truck for shredding and NOT what they are shredding. YOU make assumptions without evidence of ANY wrong doing. Even as a small business myself I make a TON of shredables, and that's just operational paperwork. So just because a business has a shred truck in front of it doesn't mean that they are intentionally destroying evidence. It COULD be a yearly cleaning it COULD be that they get rid of their files after the 5 years mark, and since there would be important and sensitive information on their internal documentation, they would have to ensure it was destroyed properly. Customers tend to get upset when a little mistake on one parties side causes issues. I would also like to point out that YOU are causing potential harm to yourself by posting false and intentionally made up information on a public forum. All YOU have posted is a picture of a shred truck. NOT where it is parked. NOT WHEN it was there. And THEN you post that YOU think that they are destroying evidence. Sorry, you ELUDE that YOU think that THEY are destroying evidence. All that you have done is actionable and potentially devastating to you. Did you even THINK to run this by your lawyers BEFORE you posted it?? No probably not. If you can sit there and jump to conclusions and THEN post YOUR delusions online, a little thing like getting permission from the lawyer is going to go past you.

While normally I would wish YOU luck, I cant do it in this instance. All Im seeing is someone looking to stir the s***pot and who is using the internet to do so. THAT is harassment and even your lawyer will tell YOU that NOTHING you do online is anonymous. All it takes is a court order and they will KNOW it was YOU who made this post. YOU cannot present YOUR OPINIONS as FACT in a Media Publication. THAT is what the web is, a media outlet. If I were you I would pray that THEY never see your post, but odds are that they will. Businesses are no longer going with SEO companies to monitor online complaints. They just hire someone to do it themselves. This means that YOU should run this post past your lawyer so THEY are informed and can plan accordingly. Life would REALLY suck for YOU if you not only lost a case because of this post, but lost everything else because YOU ran your "mouth" online and ranted when you should have been silent. Oh, and since YOU had to sign up for this site, it shows that YOU intended to cause harm to them by making this post, so don't try and use the "I accidentally" posted. There is a right way to do things and a wrong way. THIS is the WRONG forum and the WRONG way to do this.
