I bought this ebike for $ 880. a month and a half ago. After 2 weeks of riding the chain started coming off.

It finally broke the sensor that tells it what speed to go. The company sent me a new sensor and promised it would be "easy to install" I could not install it because the wiring was not correct so I had to go to a mechanic to solder it.

 After all of this the chain continues to come off every time I hit a bump. Two mechanics have told me it is a design flaw and that I will ghave to have an expensive custom guard installed.

I contacted the manufacterer who fter 10 days responded again telling me that they would gladly send me a new sensor.

I do not need a new sensor I have installed the sensor. The problem is that after 10 days the bike is unrideable. X treme Scooters is no longer responding to me. These bikes are cheap and unreliable. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
