I cancelled my account with xbox live/microsoft back in December 2013. Today is April 1, 2014 and I noticed 2charges on my debit card today for 19.98 and 29.97.  After digging thru transactions thru this debit card I noticed another charge for 9.99 on Jan. 25th. and over 30 denied transactions for xbox live.  

I have not used this debit account for awhile since its a card thru my employer, for per diem. Yesturday, my employer put money on this account for my travels and microsoft charged those two charges today.... Coincidence, maybe or they just about tried to run this card every other day!!!

I asked for a refund for the amounts I was over charged. There response was that the account wasn't closed and the charges are for back services.......

What services???? I havent been on since December, I said.  

They then told me they have no way to verify if i havent been on.... I was like really...I went to live.xbox.com and pulled up my account and it showed my recent activity which ended in December. It showed I was last playing Black ops on Dec. 13th.
