I am Michael G. Beason - I am the person mentioned in the report. I offer the following verifiable facts:
- This report was not a report of fraud or poor business practices, but a smear. There is no damage or complaint described.
- This report was written by Houston Drum, son of Sheri Drum.
- Houston and Sheri are tenants in a home (Red Bluff in Trabuco Canyon, CA) that we own who have not paid rent for over 2 years and have resisted eviction for over 6 months.
- This report was prompted by our eviction efforts.
