Salesman did not mention 3 year contract with early termination fee of $400.00 + Company denies knowledge of Northern Leasing Company 4 year contract that their salesman said was the only option available for service.  When Xenex was contacted regarding cancelling service there was no mention of termination fee. Fee was taken from our checking account without our consent .

Dear Mr Luck, 

Im sorry you feel this way and would like to help resolve the issue. We will be happy to return the early termination fee if you finish out your contract with our service. After 3 moths of being back up and processing we will reimburse the fee. Sorry for any inconveivence this may of casued as we pride our selfs on outstanding service. If you have any questions or would like to discuss this further please give us a call.
