I ordered an art piece from Xeroly.com on 5/16/17 and they charged my card on the same day. Only after the order was submitted did they say "Sorry, that item will be shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse". I got an e-mail on 5/17/17 that "Your order is on the way", that it would take 7 to 12 business days and provided a USPS tracking number.

After a couple days I start checking the USPS tracking but it has always said the same thing: "We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece."  and "Processed Through Facility     SUZHOU EMS, CHINA  " (which is a suburb of Shanghai not Hong Kong). The dates on the tracking message never change.

In the e-mail they say that if I have any questions, that I can e-mail [email protected]. I have sent them five e-mails for information about the status of my shipment over the last week and received no reply.

I would really like the art peice. But if they are not going to really ship it, I want a total refund.

I finally got a reply to my e-mail 6/6/17 saying that the package was about to be delivered. Now the USPS tracking site says that it had been placed in a parcel locker. Well, I knew that size of art I ordered (12" by 20") would not fit in the local box so I went to the post office. Their info said that the package was smaller. The package was in the local box, but it was not the size ordered: it was only 8" wide. So I am asking for a partial refund since they shipped a small instead of a medium.
