Found driver hound listed as top driver update soft ware on website EDITORS TOP CHOICE .COM so i proceeded tp run free scan of my computer this was on 6/15/2017 the scan showed i had some out dated drivers that needed to be upgraded, i was instructed to register for a license key to be used to update i proceeded to purchase license key for 1 yr at $343.95 with a 60 day garuantee money back if not satisfied.???? i entered key and their software started running to put in updates the screen went blue and kept running this went on for 30 or 40 minutes i tried calling their phone number for support and got voice mail with the voice of jennifer to leave a message i did so i also tried e-mail amd saw message to give them 48 hrs to get back to them.??? my computer is still running and i am unable to stop it i finally after about an hour manually shut it down. when itried to reboot it will not start i run my backup system mecjanic recovery disc and it tells me my hard drive is corrupted.? i try calling again & e-mailing to no avail.!!! my next choice is to run drive cleaner disc which took 16 hrs to clean my hard drive so on the 16th of june i started putting back in windows 7 & hp recovery disc & then windows 10 i am still putting in my music & pictures. i cancelled and asked for refund every day since 6/15/2017 and i still have not heard from this company.?
