I called Xium Direct this morning. I was told once again that a credit was issued on 9/7/2004. I informed him that I have never recieved a credit and he said he'd run it through again. I told him that was what he said the last time I called. I then asked him if they really do give refunds because it appears that I'm not the only one getting the run around. He put the blame on someone else. Anyway, the good news is that as soon as I got off the phone with him I called my credit card company. Told them what was going on and they immediatly refunded me the full amount of $144.95! I was told that it would be taken out of their bank account and they had aready had 30 days to issue my credit themsevles. So, if you purchased this item with a credit card, call your credit card company right away. I'm not sure if a debit card offers this same protection, but you should call and find out.
