Do not work for this company. They are a rip off. About a month ago, they hired me and they

told me that I will do 2 characters. They also stated that they will pay me from 30 to 50 cents

per talk time minute depending of the talk time minute I made per week. The phone rang and

I got lots of calls. They use Niteflirt. I do not see any problems with that. The systems are already there so why not ? I found that it was a great idea.

They told me that I will start to get paid on the second week I was working. The second week

arrived and I had to write them about paying me. They know that I am Canadian and told me

that I would not have any problems to get paid. First, they send me a Moneypak card that I have to enter the code into my Paypal account and the money would be transferred. Unfortunately, because I have a Canadian Paypal account, it didn't worked because they do not accept Moneypak. So I told them to simply send me the money on Paypal with my e-mail address. They told me that they could't do that. Then they told me that they will send me money via direct deposit but it seems complicated. Every  day, I got an e-mail telling me that they will deposit the money the next day but nothing, niet, nada.

So I just wanted to warn you guys to not work for XOXO Telecom Group because they don't pay their subcontractors.

Thanks!

Hi. I did work for these contractors for aprox 2 months and they do not care about their employees. They have rules and goals so high that it's almost impossible to acheive. They do not care about your personal life, all they do care is making money. They paid me the first two weeks I worked and then, they always found an excuse to explain why I was not paid. They can have a life but not the employees. They are working through NiteFlirt and it was really hard to get good talk times because the clients are very cheap and did not lasted for more than 2 minutes for most of them. You have to work 40 hours per week and every day always the same hours so you cannot make any plans or do any appointment. They still owe me 1485 dollars. It's a thing to hire people to do the calls but they should have the decency to pay them for the little pay they give.

I to worked for XoXo and the manager Ann said that I was making good money at first then I went down from there. She tried to say that it was my provider that was not sending the calls through to me. Ann asked me who I had as a provider for my phone, interent, and cable. I told her that I had Verizon Fios and she told me that nite flirts was having trouble with them and that I should have my lines checked out. I had Verizon out her and they said my lines were good.

I had such a hard time getting paid as well. Ann sent me a money pak as well that I had to enter into my pay pal account and said the money would be there instant well it wasn't had to wait a whole day to get my money. Every week I was e-mailing Ann asking where my money was and all she could tell me was I sent it.

I send her a text message and an e-mail asking her if I could work this past Friday in the morning because I was going to have my grand daughter for the weekend. This is what she sent back to me: Yes you can work extra hours to make up for the hours you missed but you still have to work your regular shift. I'm sorry but I am not going to be working when my 4 1/2 year old grand daughter is at my house. That is just wrong. So I no longer work for Ann because she is a bully.
