This shop IS extremely unprofessional. They ripped a hole in my brand new tire, CONFIRMED. I had to bring my car back three times and it still does not properly drive, shakes severely.... took it to another shop who confirmed what a fiasco of a job this particular place did. Solomon offered to give me my money back and when I took him up on the offer because of the awful job that was done he said he did not know me (literally)hung up on me twice, blocked my number and I had to call him from a different number. Not only will I be filing suit in court but I am contacting every agency I know to make sure he does not get away with this and does it to no other person. False advertising, ripped my new tire, wheel shakes violently, told me three times it was fixed and he lies through his teeth, everytime I drove away 2 blocks to simply call him saying no its not!!!
