We purchased Audi A6 from Xpress Auto, owner Joseph Przlucki, on March 3, 2016. We test-drove the car Sunday March 1, 2015. At that time when we decided to purchase the car, we were specifically keeping our eye out for a car with no engine light on. On March 1st (when we test drove the car), check engine light was NOT on. On March 4, we registered the car and that day, driving into to town the check engine light came ON.

We drove the car back to Griswold to be repaired on 3/8/15. He said on 3/9/15 the N280 Valve had moisture in it and it was dried out and reinstalled. On 3/9/15 we pickup the at Xpress garage, when we turned the key the check engine didn't come up along with all the other lights on the dash board (suspicious), when we started the engine it didn't come on. We called him that night and asked why it didn't come on when the key is turned, and he admitted to disconnecting the check engine light. We purchased this car without a check engine light. We did not want it the light disconnected, this is very unsafe and illegally hides the problems with the car. We were very suspicious of the repair and decided to have it scanned at Autozone in Norwich; code PO741-torch converter clutch, circuit condition, poor electrical connection, failed torque converter clutch....and more. On 3/11/15 drove back to Griswold to have check engine light reconnected. 3/12/15 pick up car with great reservation check engine light on when key on, check engine off when motor running. After about 30 miles the check engine light came back ON.  We went to Advanced Auto in Colchester scanned several codes showed up; P0421 & P0431 catalytic convertor failure and also PO741 torque convertor | transmission failure.

When we called Joseph Przlucki, owner of Xpress, he stated he was NOT responsible for this car's conditions. We requested our money $3451.85 back and feel we were CHEATED and LIED to. He sold an unsafe car and illegally disconnected the check engine light to cover-up serious problems. Now the legal process begins.

YOU purchased a USED vehicle. ALL used vehicles are sold AS IS unless otherwise stated with a purchased warranty. YOU can try going to court but the reality is that YOU signed paperwork that stated that YOU AGREED to the condition of the vehicle as part of the sale. Meaning YOU signed a AS IS form. Once a judge sees that form, YOU are going to be the one to have to pay. ALL the court costs will be yours and ANY attorney fees garnered during said process. Let me guess, YOU just signed WHERE they told YOU to sign without reading FULLY what YOU were getting yourself into. Its unfortunate but it IS what it IS. And its AS IS. YOU purchased an AUDI A6 for $3500. If all you have to repair is sensors consider yourself lucky. Once you drove it off the lot after signing that paperwork it was ALL your responsibility.
