Brandi Weston decided to rent out her parents (Robert / Bob and Jenny South) RV because they couldnt sell it because they are upside down on the loan.
I made the mistake of paying cash to rent out the rv. We signed the contract and paid my deposit. Next thing I know, Brandi is calling me and wanting more money. I refused to pay what she wanted after we already signed a deal but did pay a bit more just to get her off my back.
I rented the RV, picked it up and next thing I know she's sending me texts all the time and asking me how I'm doing, where I am, if everything is ok and so on. This is like renting the RV from your parents!
To top it off, then she sends me a text and tells me to bring the RV back early because her family wants to go on Thanksgiving vacation earlier than they thought. Really? I paid for an RV rental and you want me to return it early because you want to use it on a day that I have paid to rent it?
The contract states I will get my $500 deposit back in 5 days if the RV is returned clean. I returned it spotless and it's been 6 days and she wont return my emails, texts, phone calls, etc..
I just called her fathers cell phone, who then passed the phone to her and she lost it on me. She told me she'd give me half of my deposit and when I told her that I deserved the entire deposit, she flipped out and told me if I was going to be like that I wouldn't get anything back.
She ended the call by screaming at me and calling me a 'stupid b*tch', telling me not to call back and hanging up on me.
I met her to pay for, pick up and return the rv at her parents business, which is Xteme Steel Company in Apache Junction, Arizona. Not sure how they run their steel business but the rental rv business they are doing is very unprofessional. We'll see if this settles out of court or if I'm forced to take these people to small claims court to get back my $500 cash deposit.

First of all I dont know why and how she's linking Xtreme Steel Co to this and its not my parents company or any relation, thats just the beginning.
Karen Rambat origionally had rented it for her daughters birthday weekend, 4 nights.
they wewre going to see the daughters Absent Dad while he toured with his band in AZ. The trip was to consist of Tucson and Sedona and mabey Williams. It just so happened that she decided it would be okay to tow her ex's trailer (beacuse his tour van broke down) towed it all the way to Vegas with the entire band, even though the occupants were to be Karen and her daughter only.
So in our eyes she breached the contract in many ways.
Unauthorized occupants for 4 days, towed a trailer, burnt the bathroom sink with an inscent,drove to Vegas, we clearly state AZ trips only and we write down their destinations, and to top it off it was 2 hours late. Which it also states that its $ 25.00 per hr every hour its late. She did bring it back clean but come on.... She broke every rule I set forth.
So now you decide who's in the wrong now.Not to mention the excess wear and tear on my unit with the exta people and the extra milage and the towing...Geez who's the bas guy here.
