Xtreme Worldwide Solutions ripoff Do not Pay Salaries regularly, Pay checks always bounce, cheating in GC filing, Dishonest,.unfair practices Edison New Jersey
Here is what is learnt about the "fraudulent affairs" of the company.
1.The Company is DOES NOT pay salaries regularly
2.The Company some times pays without generating proper Pay-stubs. That means no "Accounting of Taxes" to State and Federal govt.
3.Most of the employees get very irregular salaries that are once in every 2-3 months time.
4.All of such harassed employees are on H1-B visa, which requires the employer to pay as per the law.
5.There is also report of massive Funds embezzlements in the company. The directors withdraw huge money without any justification and thus creating a situation where the company runs into problems with lack of funds even to pay its employees.
6.Most of the time the pay checks given to employees bounce, as a result of funds NOT available in the company bank account.
7.It is also learnt that the Company Does not pay to its Vendor companies which results in actual person / employee of the vendor company is NOT getting paid.
8.It is also learnt that the company is making illegal use of Pre-approved Labor
Certificates by selling them to Green card aspirants for a huge amount and
Promising them of faster green cards etc.
It is a totally mismanaged and corrupted company. Be-aware.
