Yahoo Inc Directory Submission Fruad charges and no way to get the details revert back Sunnyvale California
*NOTICE..!! this ripoff has nothing to do with Yahoo search engine - many rip-off businesses use the Yahoo name to fool consumers.

I one day I found a charges of $1196 in on-line credit card statement from Yahoo *Directory 866-562-7228 CA. I checked my yahoo account found no details there for billing and any other information. I have no idea about any order no or any thing. I tried to call number mentioned in the transaction, but there was AVR system since I do not have any details in there so no way find where to go. In one of the AVR message I have been instructed to contact my credit card bank for dispute.
I disputed transaction through my bank. My credit bank recently has sent me bunch of paper which has been provided in support of transaction from Yahoo, banking service. To all documents are related to transaction process and their codes. Documents have only all credit card related information (which are require for payment processing only).
Documents do not provide any valid order no. order details, services exactly ordered, period for service order and website address for which services are ordered.
The bill was sent totally look like a fake bill. Further there was no IP address was provided for the transcription
Further I sent email to yahoo directory submission service along with yahoo id. I received response they did not find any billing for my account.
Now my credit card is stating that yahoo has submitted these proofs and closing the case and I will not get charge back.
Today I have no idea how yahoo has billed this and for what it was billed since I have not order any thing and have no way to find to get clarification and clear-up. There is big wall between me and yahoo.
This is all whatever they did it is right you have no way out. Even you do not have right to know what is billed and why it is billed. If this system error then some one should be there to address the issue otherwise its look like a fraud by internal people in yahoo or payment processing system or yahoo itself have this way to make money while it is loosing market.
