I have tried several times to get into my email at Yahoo and cannot get in it. I have called up and complained and tried to sign out of this account and cannot get any help. This has happened several times.

Not all yahoo email accounts are free. They offer "premium" services that cost $$ but aren't premium

Yahoo's billing department telephone number is 1-800-318-0631. You won't get your money back BUT you can at least cancel the "premium" services. Yeah, I know this because I have been victimized by Yahoo's Music Unlimited with their fraudulent billing practices. Yahoo STINKS and they are d**n proud of it.

Isn't the email address that you have signed up for free? What do you expect? Haven't you heard the old saying "you get what you pay for"? Or in this case what you didn't pay for. I have had a Yahoo account for a very long time now and have had no problems with it. Are you sure that you are logging in correctly? Just a suggestion try using someone else that offers a free email address if you are not satsified. Thanks!
