Shortly after I filed this complaint I decided to call the YMCA one last time...they still didnt answer my call, so i called another YMCA and they put me thru directly...Lo and behold Desiree the person who wouldnt return my calls answered and after I explained who I was and what I needed, she proceeded to apologize and assure me that the problem would be resolved to my complete satisfaction...She told me she would close my file and that she would personally make sure I was not charged any additional or late fees...I believe she was sincere. I am supposed to receive a letter confirming this. Thank you for the opportunity to use your service. Yours truly, Alex
