Yonkers Honda False Service Recommendation Yonkers New York
I made an appointment for my wife to have her vehicle oil/air filter changed, along with the tires rotated. When she got home and I asked how everything went, there was a service package which the sales representative "recommended" for $400.00 + tax. There was no need for this when the car has 15,000 miles on it (mainly highway) and it is a little over two years old. They took advantage of her lack of car knowledge meant and "advised" her to have the work done. When I confronted the service manager, he thought nothing of the matter. The dealership was not in the wrong and he was present during the entire conversation. I never received a call back that day(after being promised, he would). I would like my credit card charged just for the work that was needed to be done and nothing that they felt was necessary.
