I contracted with Kaylee to edit my manuscript. After sending half the payment and manuscript to her she sent me an email stating it would take about two weeks to complete.
After two weeks, I contacted her to check on progress. I was told that she could not complete it because it was a much larger project than anticipated and the company was expanding. I asked about a refund she said I would receive it in two weeks.
It's two weeks later and I can't get in contact with her now. All I want is my money.
