YOUnique Boutique my money, not my underwear, got ripped off ripoff Montgomery Alabama
Finding a comfprtable pair of men's swimwear/underwear in a brand called HOTLINE, I looked all over the Internet for the it.
One of the sites all over the place was YOUnique Boutique. They carried this brand, so I ordered 7 pairs of the Astro swimsuits in various colors on January 8, 2006. As of January 30th, I have recieved; nada, nothing, zero.
To be sure, the money has been taken from my account to the tune of 160.00, but I have not received the merchandise.
I have called the phone number, and when I don't get a recording, I get the guy who tells me that they should be "walking through the door this afternoon".
Their website does state that sometimes things are hard to find,and may take 4-6 weeks, but if this were the case, I beleive that (1) he should have explained this as the reason; and (2) he should have left the money in my account until the product was in hand.
I have since found another supplier that carries this brand of underwear, and lo and behold, and order that I placed on January 24th arrived January 26th, same type of swimwear, exactly.
If oyu deal with YOUnique Boutique, expect delays, or outright non shipment, but don't expect them to wait for their duckats. That they take with the greatest possible speed.
