I ordered what I thought was a free CD on Stop Smoking and gave my credit card information to cover the cost of postage.
One week later my account was charged $84.97 for additional CD's which I did not order. I called the company and was told if I returned the original "free" CD I would be reimbursed $74.98. I returned the CD December 3, 2014 and received confirmation that it had been received by the company and I would be getting my refund.
To date, Feb 10, 2015 after calling almost every day and speaking to the manager, Adrian, several times, I still have not received a refund.

Refunds are completed as efficiently as possible. Since the product needs to be returned, merchandise checked and processed, and payment processed, it can take longer than customers like. We do our best to expedite this process and move things along as quickly as possible.
