After purchasing a used 1997 4.6 Windsor Ford enginge and having it installed by a reputable gararge following all instructions per this company for their warrenty to be in effect, the engine installed had low compression on two of the eight cyclinders. After calling and speaking with Mellissa and sending her two different computer read outs including one from the local Ford dealer that plainly showed how bad the compression was.

I was instructed to have the engine removed ( which was another charge) then place the engine on a pallett and call them back and they would arrange for shipping back to the company at their cost. This was done and they received the engine. When I spoke with Mellisa later she said they would check it out and get back to me, well it's been several months and they no longer answer my calls (caller ID Iguess) or answer my e-mails.

I will add this after about 2 months  upon returning the engine they refunded 1/3 of the the original cost which was  $1250 not with standing all of the costs of putting the engine in and then removing it, so they did refund $430. which was more that I ever expect.

The biggest part of Millissa sales pitch is how low their return rate is, and how they have a years warrenty which probaly accountes from the aggravation in sending their junk back to them.
