Your Magazine Publisher Inc FRAUD Roseville, Minnesota
February 4, 2012, i recieved a letter of collections from Your Magazine Publisher Inc. Stating that i had a past due balance of $299.40. My pay in full balance was $948.10. I called this number 877-256-5762 and spoke to a woman claiming her name was Sarah Brown. I explained to her that i just made my last payment to Great American Readers, whom i purchase my magazines from.
I told her i didnt order any from this company. She was very rude to me in telling me that if i didnt make this payment i was going to be reported to collections. I asked her to tell me what magazines i supposedly ordered, and she couldnt tell me she said every month its something different.
I asked to speak with someone other than her. She refused. This Sarah Brown claimed she was the supervisor and that there wasnt anyone else that i could speak with.
I called back several times, thinking that i would speak with someone different, but no. Each time i called i spoke with this woman claiming to be Sarah Brown, whom was the only supervisor. I asked to speak with someone in higher authority, but she said there wasnt anyone besides her. That the owner didnt except calls.
