Real Estate Scam!

This is one of the saddest and biggest rip off scams I have ever seen, this guy must be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, lose all of his assts so they go to his victim. We need a lawyer to go after him. He cheated my close friend and pastor! He sold him 2 houses as an investment. Took a loan off his home to do it and this angle was to raise money for the ministry and church. BUT, the houses, one in Jackson Mississippi and the other in Memphis TN were in bad neighborhoods, unrented, junk, trashed, untreatable, unsellable, no management, no way to redeem and fix them and one had massive back taxes.

He advertised with false pictures and repots that they were rehabbed, rented with good property management, took my friends money (that he has to raise his own support) and did nothing to make it right, even laughed at him. If I was not a good Christian I would Keeel Him. My pastor lost his entire life savings and now his home that he mortgaged to do this.

Michael Harris of the Your Real Estate Life is a very bad man!

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

The gentlemen you write about was insistant to purchase property for himself and the Church.  He went so far as to form a non-profit that I advised was risky at the time.  Afterward he elected to go to another program that was all to happy to take his money in anothe marketplace.  The property he located as a referral from the program was one where he had done due dilligence and negotiated and contracts signed by himself and another company without relationship to our program.  His inquiries and questions were always addressed timely.  Property that is vacant will need a rehab and makeover as a majority of landlords will tell you.
