Buried deep into their terms of service is the following...

E.4) Limit of one (1) gift card per household.

Yet, for those of you who didn't read that obscure notice, if you fulfill a commitment (purchase something from one of their merchants) a second, third, fourth etc. time, you get nothing.

They don't tell you that you you have already recieved one gift card sent to your household, they just keep letting you fulfill commitments - meaning they continue to get paid nicely from the merchants but refuse to pass any of those savings on to you.

I got one gift card from them, after several months of jumping through their hoops (fulfill commitment, remember to keep checking back, week after week after week, get an approval, fill it out on paper, mail it in etc.- they make it as hard as possible) and since it was a nice gift card ($50 at Target), I decided to do it again.

They let me do it again - no warning that I couldn't, no warning that I already had one sent to my household, no notice at all.

I fulfilled the commitment (having to spend $10 with Zooba.com) and now, after waiting weeks for the link to say "Approved", I am suppose to click on it, then I get an email that I print, fill out, and snailmail in - no email ever arrived.

After several back and forth communications from: [email protected] I was finally told, I am only allowed ONE gift card per address!

They got thier money from the merchant but I got screwed!

Look at my history with them below. It's a good thing I didn't fulfill those other commitments! I wonder how many other suspecting customers fulfilled two, three, four or more commitments BEFORE they were told - nope, we got our money but you get nothing because of our one per household policy!

This company purposely does not stop you from fulfilling more than one commitment so they can continue to get money from thier merchants and pass nothing on to the consumer.

These merchants need to be told about how yourgiftcards.com is screwing the consumer - policy or not.

I thought there was something funny in my response but just now noticed it. The 2nd one says PENDING Approved, not SHIPPED Approved. Not trying to defend the company, per se, but I did wonder about the discrepancy. Never mind! :)
