Unfortunately, thisindividual does not have all of his facts straight. A person can not just purchase a back office of Your Net Biz. You must sign up to join the business opportunity. The $59 monthly fee is the cost of having your back office, lead capture pages, etc.
I was never employed by Your Net Biz. I worked with the two Chris's as their pba (Professional Business Assistant). Unfortunately, I took a call that wasmeant for thecustomer support department of Success Co-Pilot, but because all customer supportlines were busy, it rang over to me. My sole purpose at that time, was to sign individuals up who were ready to join the business opportunity after reviewing all of the information.
Anyone who knows me, knows that I will go the extra mile to help someone out. Andthat is what I did with this individual. It was not my job or department to "process" that call, but when I heard of his demise,I tried to intervene andhelp him out as best as I could.
The truth of thematter is, this individual told me that he accidentally did a partialsign upat 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning while he was surfing the net. What this means is that hedid not actually complete the sign up process to purchase the business opportunity product suite, but hedid sign up for the portion that gives you access toyour back office, lead capturepages, training, etc.
When I spoke with the individual I clearly stated that I have noauthority to give a refund, as I do not work with Your Net Biz andthat the issuewould have to be handled through Your Net Biz, by going through his back office and submitting a support ticket to cancel his monthly subscription. He stated that he did not remember any of the login information that he had created and could not get into his back office.
Because I am a member of Your Net Biz, I do know the process of how to submit a support ticket. I felt compelled to help him out, soI did tell him that I would try to contact the support staffon his behalf. Of which I did. Iexplained to customersupport what had occurred. They were very cooperative and said they would investigate the situation and go from there.
He fails to say in his complaint, that customer support did cancelhis monthly subscription after reviewing the information. And how would I know this, if I were not concerned enough to "follow up" for this individual, in an area that was not my concern in the first place.
Obviously, this individual is confused as to what an affiliate is. An affiliate is someone who makes money off of promoting someone else's product. I was not nor am I an affiliate of a "success kit".I worked with the individuals who marketed the kit. Futhermore, you can'tbe an affiliate of Your Net Biz. It is a business opportunity that you can buy.
In closing, I am sorry for this individuals negative experience, but I think it is very important that all facts be stated properly. It is wrong to drag people's namesthru the mud, especially when that persontried to gothe extra mile tohelp you correct a situation that you got yourself into.
As stated in his own words: "I'm going to spend more money and time to get back at these people." Sounds to me like he's being very vindictive concerning something that was his fault in the first place. No one signed him up...he signed himself up in the wee hours of the morning!
