Youth Light 2010 ripoff tricked and lied to me about the opportunity & territory Pompano Beach Florida
I found this in our local newspaper as a business opportunity that has never before been offerd. I contacted them and found out what the business was about. The concept and product itself is a good business but, the company is trying to make a quick buck, and could care less about its dealers.
The product is a Intense Pulse Light System that reduces wrinkles and removes age spots etc. Marketed to spa's and salon's in the dealers area.
What attracted me was no one in the area has offerd this before and they weren't sure if they would another dealer on right away because they wanted me to be successful. So I bought the package they offered for 19,995.00 and opted to locate the machines myself which give me a 10% rebate on advertising cost.
After I recieved the equipment and started making sales calls I found out some salons and spas already had the machine. I gave my name and number to one of the salon's owner and ask them to have the dealer call me.
The existing dealer called and informed me that he and one more person had the equipment and have been in the area for about a year. He informed that he was told the samething that he would be the first in the area and they lied to him. He informed me that he bought the upgraded package from Youth Light for $34,995.00.
Today I got a call from a salon I have been working with and Youth Light head office is trying to locate salons and spa's in this area because they have sold it to another dealers.
I contacted them and let them know all of this and requested my money back. They informed me to get a Lawyer if that was want I really wanted because I couldn't prove that they lied.
They also informed me that the owner where located in Neveda and that is where they are incorporated. I ask what that meant, and they said my lawyer would know.
What's disturbing is they will get caught and have to close there doors and all of dealers will lose our money.
They selling dealerships on a daily basis, and sooner they are caught the better.

1. The equipment and supplies are shipped complete within ten days after receipt of funds per Purchase Order Agreement
2. The Purchase Order Agreement signed by Mr.
Battles clearly states "Youth Light 2010 does not offer exclusive or limited territories of any kind".
3. There are less than 10 dealers in the entire state of Missouri that has over 3000 salons.
4. Youth Light has a telemarketing program whereby they call salons to assist dealers in placing machines.
5. Only after Mr. Battles became obnoxious and used profanity to company personnel was he told to get a lawyer.
This is a perfect case of a buyer who does not want to work or put any effort into starting a business. Youth Light has over 300 dealers and over 95% are very successful.
