A Youthful Glow, Youthful Glow Inc., Hadar Chaimy Employee/Partial-Owner Severe burns/ filthy facility/ Horrendous treatment/ Absolutley no client relations skills Brooklyn New York
Upon being referred to Youthful Glow for laser hair removal treatments I can honestly say it was a nightmare of an experience. I met with a young lady by the name of Hadar Chaimy and she was the most unprofessional and uncooth of women that I have ever come across at a "professional salon" or so they like to call it.
As I was lying down waiting for my treatment...the left me waiting for approximately an hour. I saw 3 roaches crawling over the "sterile" machinery. There was hair on the floor and the room smelled of some horrible odor.
The treatment lasted about 45 minutes and it was so painful!! I asked why it was hurting so much and she then told me "It's a laser (while laughing)...just stay still and deal with it, if you want a good result".
I knew something was not right..I left that day in agony and went home with burns up and down my legs that later on scarred me terribly.I couldn't wear a skirt or even bare my legs for the entire summer. I still have scars on my legs that look horrible..People are constantly asking me "what happened to your legs!!???" It is so embarrassing!
I didn't tip her and she made a rude comment under her breath as I was walking out of the door! I was shocked and upset and immediately consulted an attorney to see what I could do about this matter.
I dont recommend this place to ANYONE! I can't even understand how they are still open until this day!

I do not believe a word of this report- it cannot be true. Hadar Chaimy is one of the nicest and most professional people I have come across. I have been a faithful customer of hers for over 4 years. I have tried getting laser treatment elsewhere and always come back to Hadar because its so much less painful than any other place I have tried. There is also NO WAY that there were any roaches in the salon - its just not possible - it is a clean and pleasant space. I would highly recommend Hadar to anyone and I often do refer my friends to her.

My name is Hadar Chaimy. This is a false report that was written by my ex boyfriend/businesss partner out of spite. The company was not even open at the time this report had been posted. We had closed the business already for almost 6 months prior to this posting, and I recieved no clients during the time this post claims they were treated. I always prided myself in running a clean, pain free, hair removal company and have never recieved any sort of complaint about the services or cleanliness of my establishment.
I have also had my lawyer do research on "www.ripoffreport.com" and found that this is absolutely not a credible sight. They are currently being sued by over 50 companies. And the majority of the reports posted here have zero credibility.
