I ordered a specific hat, they shipped one that is not even close to the description. I emailed their customer service and they asked for a picture of what I received. I emailed the picutre and they agreed it was incorrect and offered a 12% discount on future items. I responded that I want the correct item or a refund and they responded that what I received is nice quality, why don't I just keep the hat or they could refund me 5% and stated they do not want to ship the correct one because they already paid for shipping of the hat I received. I responded that I do not want to keep the item they shipped, I want the correct item or a full refund and they stopped responding.
