I ordered a pair of Steve Madden boots from a website that purported to be for a shop based in the US. When the transaction cleared I became concerned - the company was clearly based in China and not North America as it had claimed to be. Today the boots arrived. They look nothing like those ordered, are not made by Steve Madden, are clearly made of plastic, smell vile and are total rubbish. In short - a rip off. The company even had enough cheek to enclose a bag advertising another of their websites -- www.gucciheaven.com. Unbelievable!
