I worked for Yuupon and can say that this report does not surprise me. The Management there was only interested in profit and did not care for their employees or the hotels they worked with. The business model was very questionable and they would round up prices and made add ons to try and drive up original price allowing the Yuupon price to be a larger percentage off. All in all, this report makes sense to me.
