YVDA-ZJ-HM, Cannot remember the online company name, but made payment through a PayPal account to a company called NC Techno. Send me the wrong items, and there was no way I can return it to them, because it was not shipped in the time frame that I was told it would be here. ZHEJIANG HangZhouShi
I paid for two wigs, from an online company, they were supposed to be glueless laced wigs, both with human hair, one with braids, the other silver straight hair, both 12" in length, first of all they weren't delivered within the time frame, that was told to me, which was 7 days, that would have made the arrival date on the 9/7/2018, instead "I had to call PayPal, and find out the tracking number for the items, actually I had to get a PayPal account in order to be able to purchase the Wigs, and that was 3 days after the items should have been here, I told the agent at PayPal, that I would give it another week, before I file a report, to get a refund of my money, the package arrived on the Friday, It was already opened, I then checked to see if, it was my order, but everything about the situation was wrong, the items, the postal address information, the ruined phone number, the wrong wigs, everything was wrong. And my phone was cut so I couldn't call the PayPal agent to tell him anything. I wrote on one of the company that advertise those time of wigs, I wrote for their help on the matter, on their consumer feedback, and I just wanted to get the shipping address, and that's when I came across the return policy card, which said I only have 7days to return, so you can see my problem. Please let me know if you can help me in any way. Oh the wigs was supposed to have 4 comb, and a scalp like cap, but the ones I got had just black netting. Thank you for your time and consideration.
