First off, the website is www.myzbiz.biz (you then see the website gets redirected to paxsandbox.com, nothing to do with the company). they claim they are a great company with a great financial structure for everyone to make money.

initially they asked for 200 founders, each to deposit $2500 to the company as an "investment" the founders would get something like 3% of gross profits and 3% of gross product sales, or something, but there was nothing in writing, and no agreement, we didnt even get a receipt for writing a check.

just like every other MLM company, they have a 6 tier system, 5 inidividuals per tier. They sell people the "business product package (BPP) for $130, paid every three months" the BPP didnt come with any products, except for a website (which was unfuctional for the initial 2+ months, training - there was none. marketing material- there was none, some z success university thing- didnt exist, etc.

if you recruit a RBC (referring business consultant, ur recruit will purchase the BPP for $130, and u would get $20, then ur upline, up to 6 levels. Therefore, $120 will be paid out to the membesr and $10 paid to the compnay. Then u have to realize that founders get additional 6% or so on top of that.... meaning company doesnt really make money. u dont get paid for ur downline selling actual products but selling referrals....

the products they carry are pretty much a joke. i mean, i have to say the coffee was good, but everything had a crap design and really messed up packaging. definately not somehting you would buy in a store.

they claim that they are merely a "reseller of these products" and carry no inventory. if u have a problem, contact the product manufactuers directly. funny thing, the manufacters are actually owned by the same owners of the company.

the CEO of the compnay, Caleb Chua, told everyone that he is a billionare, that had a successful printing company in the past. yet he drives $4000 dollar car, and poor mans clothes and claimed he built the compnay to help everyone succeed. if he is so rich, it took the company 6 months to get a website, still not fully functional, products dont have propert labeling, compnay logo is unprofessionally designed, and company letterheads printed on microsoft word.

He held a "founders meeting" after many founders complained and he insured that he cant be shut down because he is an "internationally incorporated company" covered by some famous lawyers that wasnt disclosed. he told everyone that he would hire a management company to run the business. and if anything failed its the management compnay's fault and not his, and all he would need to do is find a new management compnay to continue the business.

he first stated in the beginning of joining that China , Japan, Philipines, etc are all joining under the USA market so everyone who joins woudl get their $20 join in profits from Asian market. then after 4-5 months, i was told that this probably wasnt going to happen and he opened slots to 300 more founders $2500 each, after he told the previous 200 founders that there was oging to be only 200 in the USA.

500 founders x 2500 each = 1.25M. not bad for a low budget company...

anyways, many people have been cheated and they are scamming more people ahead to come. Other MLM companies make money by their team / downline selling actual products. in this case, they make money by recruiting people, and projected that each person should make 1.5M+ easily if they fill up their team.

this is a Ponzi Scheme, and a total scam. they should be shut down immediately.
