Zales ripoff two or three months for repair and no exchanges even though I have been told I could Irvine Texas
On March 9, 2006, a diamond fell out of my anniversary ring. I have kept my warrenty up so replacement wasn't a problem. I went to my hometown Zales, (where I bought this ring) and they sent it out to be repaired. Then I was told it would take 2 or 3 months before I would see it again. Zales dosn't have their own jeweler. I asked to trade up which would mean a sale of 1800.00. I was told only wedding sets can be traded up. This is funny since I traded up my old anniversary ring for this one. This is on the receipt. I was told as recent as Christmas 05 that I could trade up on this ring. Now I have to go 2 or 3 months without it and I am stuck with it forever. I never would have bought it at Zales if they had told me the truth from the start.
