I titled this rebuttal in such a fashion in hopes that it will stop people from being scared away from my business for no good reason. Yes: I did rent a room from Susan: One of the biggest mistakes of my life. I am always amazed by individuals that go so far out of their way to hurt others without consideration. If you read Ms. G's report carefully you'll spot her forked tongue. I don't have time to point out every contradiction as this person has done enough damage and I hurt more for every moment spent on this nonsense. Third paragraph: Ms. G claims that I lied when I quoted the cost of a NEW monitor, but in the very next sentence, notice her slip by using the word REFURBISHED. Obviously a new monitor, sealed at the factory, directly from the manufacturer is going to cost a great deal more than a used monitor from a questionable source. What Susan doesn't bother to tell you is that with my help, a monitor replacement was not necessary: I hooked the laptop up to a standard desktop monitor that I gave to Susan free of charge. From that moment on, they expressed no desire or interest in a replacement LCD monitor. THE TRUTH: Susan and her more than business partner, Jan did not mention. The laptop they wanted me to recover data from belonged originally to Ms. C's husband. He bashed the screen in and poured coffee into it while it was on: Thinking this would destroy the data and render the laptop useless. They never paid me for any work and ignored all invoices. I'm almost CERTAIN they never contacted the Federal Bureau of investigation because I contacted the local office to see if I could help and was advised by, Agent Gonzalez (no affiliation to Susan Gonzalez: ironic coincidence) that there was no report of any crime filed by Jan or Susan and that there was NO investigation of ANY computers submitted by either. Given these facts it seems almost certain that the FBI story was fabricated by Susan: Perhaps they were hoping this would intimidate me into providing continued free service. This feels like an extortion attempt to me. I'm not a lawyer, but there must be some laws somewhere that state you can't go around claiming there is an FBI investigation underway, when in fact there is NOT. Nothing was sabotaged or stolen by my person...and they are the only ones installing spyware. I saw the software on the living-room table. Susan claims I stole a remote and start-up disks to a MacBook...I would guess that they have found both by now. What sense does it make to steal a remote and some disks, but not the laptop itself? This dynamic duo does some pretty quirky things. I once witnessed them stay-up for 36+ hours washing the carpet with hand brushes and it seemed like everytime I saw Susan, she was asking me about somehing lost. I'd bet good money that if you drug tested Susan and Jan TODAY, that you'd find massive amounts of narcotics and meth-amphetimine in thier bloodstream, but that is just a guess based on the many things I saw when I lived there. My advise...stay as far away from these two as possible...They are predators: The canibalistic type that eats each other if given the chance. I doubt that I'll sue for libel and defamation: Susan owns nothing, she is renting the house, but likes to pretend she's the owner. I wonder it the real home-owner knows what is going on here. A REBUTTAL to the Original libelous report# 325825 filed by: Susan Lauryn Gonzalez 11253 Vintners Lane Las Vegas, Nevada 89138 1-702-274-4974 First and foremost it is important to understand that the report filed by Susan Gonzalez could NOT have been motivated by any THEFT or FRAUD by my person: NEITHER occurred. Nor was there any invasion of privacy or threats of death. Ms. Gonzalez's false accusations are a reflection of her character. Her favorite movie is the 1944 classic, Gaslight which she uses as her model for distorting truth. My guess is: Susan Lauryn Gonzalez must have and will continue to hurt a great many people in her life and that she does so joyfully. Perhaps this rebuttal and the subsequent report I will file, will one day motivate her victims to come forward and reveal the truth about her predatory nature. Ironically, by responding to this post, given Google's ranking system, I am adding weight to it with content: exacerbating the problem. My credibility and reputation are all I have: Essentially those two things are my paycheck and without them I don't eat. I feel fortunate that Susan Gonzalez did not end things in violence, despite the fact that she ordered: Michael Epstein (her other roommate/lackey) to breakdown my door while I was in my room. She owns several high powered weapons including a 30+ caliber handgun kept neatly tucked beside her bed. I would be frequently called (yelled) into her room at all hours to provide, "Technical Support" and the firearm was kept in plain sight. You should also know that she owns several dogs, including a German Sheppard, with a mean disposition, named: "Sophie" I bring all these facts to your attention because I believe that Susan Gonzalez suffers from various mental disorders and would be diagnosed as a Paranoid-Schizophrenic, dementia praecox: Highly prone to delusion: A danger to herself and others. She is addicted to narcotics and is at risk of death from overdose. She bragged to me about taking a dose of EIGHT! High dose Loretabs before disappearing into her room for two days: Occasionally sending text messages (kept for evidence) requesting that I stop slamming the doors: The slamming/doors could not stop, because they were the phantoms of her imagination. All of Ms. Gonzalez's statements regarding Jan Cipriano described in the complaint as her Business Partner, are hearsay. The truth of the matter is I was helping her partner pro-bono (free). I was trying to teach her how to wade through all of the data that I had recovered from the mangled laptop that her husband had discarded. A laptop that he clearly did not want recovered. I remained calm and professional despite the fact that Jan, her "PARTNER, spent only 5 minutes working with me, before disappearing into the bathroom for over an hour: Leaving me sitting, waiting to help, at no charge. I guess Jan Cipriano expected that I would be wading through all the data in her absense. Why would a person go into a closed off area with poor cell phone reception (the bathroom), to talk to their child? Wouldn't most people have the common courtesy to excuse themselves from a phone conversation, letting the interrupted know that they might be a while? Especially if you knew somebody was helping you out free of charge? They found out they could get a refurbished replacement screen for $125 vs. the new replacement cost I quoted them. What does that matter? I didn't even markup the price! This is a typical strategy that Susan Gonzalez will use to skew the truth. She forks her tongue with one small piece of truth and wraps her lies around it. Ms. Gonzalez had an extra monitor that wasn't being used, so I suggested we just hook the laptop up to it via the external monitor port. I was the one that advised them that purchasing a replacement monitor was needless. As to computer forensicsI NEVER claimed to be an expert in this field, but I have been working with computers since 1984 and I have learned a great deal about data recovery, but to compare myself with an FBI computer forensics specialist? NEVER! I DO NOT believe these two "creative-artists" ever went to the FBI: Rather I believe they concocted a story they believed would intimidate me to provide continued free service. I offered to speak directly with the FBI if they would provide the name and phone number of any agent there. Of course that information could not be provided, as it was 100% fiction. I also warned Susan Gonzalez that computer forensics involves more than just recovering data and that she should think carefully before going to the FBI. I said, They are going to take those computers apart in ways you can't even imagine. I warned her that this might be a problem; given that when I was working on SUSAN GONZALEZ's computer (the other computer she mentions in her report) a substantial amount of a green substance, fell from the battery compartment and there was a strange white residue on the inside corners of the touch-pad controller, that are normally out of sight. My guess was that a true forensic examination would reveal what these things were: The FBI doesn't leave anything out when they are investigating. As to being called a liar and not capable of recovering the data: I still have the backup of that data that Ms. Gonzalez requested I store on my server, because she did not have the hard-drive space. The desire to have the data on that laptop disappear, must have been fierce. The inside was drenched in coffee and the LCD screen and chassis took a pounding, but whomever it was, didn't bother to format the hard-drive: Leaving all the deleted files as recoverable. In HER closing Susan Gonzalez states that I stole start-up disks and a remote to Jan Cipraino's Macbook. If I was going to steal something, why would I steal those useless items? If I was a thief, wouldn't it have made more sense to steal the laptop itself, along with the remote and startup disks! The idiocy of Susan Gonzalez's lies and logic are more than apparent to anyone but an idiot. If I vandalized her house, then why didn't she bother to state what was done? She didn't, because no vandalism occurred. Why wasn't a police report filed? On a more interesting note: Susan Gonzalez states, He told me when he repairs customer's computers, he does something to their computers so he can spy on them and always be able to get into their files. He quickly commented he didn't do anything to my computers. It's called SPY-WARE and Susan Gonzalez knows all about it, because she was installing it on all the computers in the house. I noticed the boxed software that she purchased, sitting on her living room table as she was installing it and I grabbed a picture of it with my cell-phone. If I was going to plant spyware on client computers, I wouldn't be so stupid as to brag about it. A typical defense mechanism of the guilty is to accuse the innocent of the very crimes, they, the guilty, commit.
