It was in October 2009 that I was doing early Christmas shopping online for my family. I came upon the website with low DVD prices. I bought my father the complete set of "The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles" and for my daughter, what look like a little suitcase type of Michael Jackson discs, which I believe were about 30 or so discs ranging from CDs to DVDs. I spent over $200.
I recieved email confirmation of the price only, but not the products. On the merchant information is said zeng chaiqiu which I'm guessing is a person's name.
Delivery seemed fine and it came in plenty of time, but what I got was not even close to my order. It was Adobe Photoshop in one little box! No where in the website were they selling computer software;I checked.
Of course I began contacting the merchant's email address, but after a few days with no response, I went to the website's Contact Us page to email to a Gong Chen.
Now, this person did respond with assurance that it was going to be looked into even after numerous emails of scans I sent of EVERY angle of the package box & the software with the addition of the outside package slip.
The last communication we had was in early November 2009 that he was going to find out. When I had not heard from them, I emailed to Gong Chen in December to let him know I wanted my money back since it was too late for Christmas. No answer.
I sent another email I believe in January to remind them of my dissatisfaction of the whole thing & that I was going to spread the word of how dishonest that website is.
