Zenni Optical I waited on hold for 20 min to ask a question about their glasses and then was cut off.
I waited on hold for 20 min to ask a question about their glasses and then was cut off and hear a dial tone. When I did a search on the company with this complaint site (Complaints Board) I find that it's amazing that these people are not in JAIL by now. How come the Atty Gen and or the FCC has not shut them down with all the complaints of bad products, no returns, horrible customer service (I can imagine if I can't even talk to them when I want to BUY something, what would it be like to get a refund) and on and on. They don't list an address (probably don't want someone on their doorstep with a club or gun) and don't take orders over the phone. It's a wonder they've got the amount of business necessary to generate these amount of complaints. I'd STAY AWAY from these people!
