On July 19, 2017, I ordered sunglass from “Zetronix state of the art” company. After serval months the glasses had issues. I called and spoke to a Steve V, who stated to sent the glasses back to his company. Which I did on Jan 10, 2018. On March 19, 2018, I called the 877-644-7592, and only got voice mail to leave a message. I called several times, leaving my name and phone number for Steve to return my call. I even left email messages to [email protected], with no response to them. On April 4, 2018, Steve V answer the phone and stated that it was on backorder. On June 5,11,13,14, 15 of 2018, I kept calling leaving messages on his phone without him responding back. So as of June 17, 2018, he has my paid glasses and my money.

Finally on July 27, 2018. I got my replaced glasses. It took the company seven months to replace the glasses. It would of better if the company at least kept me in informed on what is going on rather then not answer my phone calls or emails.

I called some more times and only getting the answering machine. He still not responding to me. And still no glasses nor refund.
