ZG Technology Co, Limited is a FRAUD!!!!!!! The wig I received is not even close to what was advertised. The wig ZG Technology Co advertised is 100% human hair - what they sent is SYNTHETIC! The wigs they advertised is supposed to be lace front - what I received is NOT! This company is fraudulent on so many levels...! Truly disgusted that PayPal has MANY reported consumer cases against this consumer however they still do business with the seller and do not support the customer when a dispute is filed & there is more than enough supporting documentation to prove the company is fraudulent on so many levels.
Backstory....
- May 10th - I placed my order.
- May 12th - after I saw all the bad/negative reviews about this company online; I reached out to seller to cancel my order and issue the refund.
- May 14th – They respond with a screenshot of my order asking me to confirm “what” I ordered; which I did confirm.
- May 17th – they respond again telling the item had already been shipped and I had to wait until I received it.
- May 24th - I received a wig – but not the wig I ordered. What they shipped is NOT EVEN CLOSE to what I ordered.
- May 24th - I reached out to seller and advised I want a refund since what they shipped is not what I ordered AND what they shipped is absolutely hideous! I asked for the shipping address so I could return it and get a full refund.
- May 25th – they respond asking me to send a photo of what was sent to me.
- June 3rd – I return from vacation and send 2 photos; a side-by-side of what I ordered vs. what was shipped.
- June 4th – they respond that what they shipped IS the item as described and if I want a refund I will have to pay to ship it back to China – but refuse to provide an address where to ship it.
