zimmerman construction company GORDON ZIMMERMAN DEAD BEAT, DOESN'T PAY HIS SUB-CONTRACTORS, PROMISES BUT DOES NOT KEEP HIS WORD TAMPA, Florida
Be Cautious doing Business with Gordon Zimmerman or Zimmerman Construction if you are a sub-contractor , you may never get your hard earned put for the work you did.
In August 2008, Precision Elevator was hired by Gordon Zimmer and Zimmerman Construction to install an elevator on Woodmere Road in Tampa at the cost of $ 14,000.00.
The job was completed and billed to Gordon Zimmerman onh 8/11/2008. During the project Gordon Zimmerman & his company was involved with at the time of the elevator installation being done by Precision Elevator.
The Problem:
Zimmerman stopped paying Precision. Mr. Zimmerman owes $14,000.00 to Precision Elevatore and has done nothing to pay Precision Elevator Service what is legally due them.
Mr. Zimmerman was located and subsequently contacted by Precision Elevator only to hear his whinning over and over and over again. Promises were in fact made by Mr. Zimmerman to start paying off his obligation to Precision Elevatore that started as far back as October 2009. When the Ocvtober and November oayments were not sent, he was contacted "again" by Precision Elevastor Services owner John Scranton. Again the " POOR ME" jumped into the conversation. It was a relentless " I have no money, and " NUMEROUS" other chatter. He was then contacted in January, February, March, April and as recent as May 12,2010 with the same whinning of "poor me". It is not only getting OLD, but annoying to hear all his worldly problems many of whicvh I have no interest in hearing.I heard about his home problems andf checked public records in Hillsborough clerk of the Court records and did in fact verikfy his home is in foreclosure. This is PUBLIC RECORDS any anyone can look this up.
We are going to be contacting the homeowner he did the work for to find out what happened to the money he was given.
If we find out that Gordon Zimmerman was in fact PAID by the client ( name witheld due to privacy ) we are going to bring Mr. Zimmerman into litigation so fast, his head will spin.
If he thinks he has problems now in his Bussiness and private life.. WAIT AND SEE what will happen. We will use the law to bring him in the Court System, and continue to EXPOSE him .
