I’ve contacted her because I seen all her YouTube videos and I thought I will give her a try. She first quoted me a reading for $35. She then suggested that I get 2 different types of love spells. After paying her $350. She told me that I will get a picture of the spell once it was complete. It took her almost 2 weeks to receive it. The excuse at that time, the spell took a week to complete. But that’s not what was originally said. After that, they stop communicating with me. I sent sooooooooooo many emails trying to give them the status of what’s going on, but they never replied to my emails. I even tried calling the number that Zitmy called me from while doing my reading..... no answer. After reading somewhere else, someone else stated that when you start to dispute through paypal, she will immediately call back. So, I did. Guess what? I got a call within 30 minutes after. Crazy right? She said that the office called her and said to lift my spell because I wanted a refund. She said that my situation will be worst if I do that. She also said she had no problem returning money but reversing the spell has consequences. She gave me a sad story talking about the office is so backed up, etc...... So I was a bit scared about the consequences so I called paypal to drop the dispute........... She promised me better communication, guaranteed results and all. Guess what, 2 months later, not a single result. You see once you drop the dispute, you can’t dispute it again. She knows that. She say that she want to follow up with her weekly to see how things are going just in case she have to go back in a make it stronger..... but you can’t get in contact with nooooooooooooooo one to get an appointment. They never answer their emails. I even once made a fake email pretending that I wanting service and they replied to that within minutes...... but not one of my 10 request for follow-up. They are only looking for new money. Once they get it, they throw you to the side. The 3 times I have talked to her, she keeps saying that she have no control of scheduling in the office. What do she mean? This is her business, so she have all control on what’s going on in her business. Especially when it comes to abandoning the customers that already paid. Not one time has someone replied to my emails in 2 months. I had to catch Zitmy on her cell phone off guard to get a reaction. PLEASE DO NOT use this company. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I read this complaint ignored it, BUT it’s ALL true! Imagine how stupid I felt when I ignored the complaint and hired Zitmey myself, only to find out she is a fraud. Don’t hire her unless you enjoy throwing your money out the window. I could have blocked her as she continued to hussle me with the threats of ritual reversal but I didn’t.
She doesn’t know how to relate to people on a personal level either. If you are going to hussle someone then at least know how to talk to them lol. I used reverses psychology on Zitmey and she got angry with me. What’s good for me is good for her I thought. She doesn’t even believe in her own rituals apparently haaahaaa!
First she called and tried to talk to me about a ritual that I had requested by text. I told her I would like to get out of the grocery store and get home first. She said that she had performed the ritual and I needed to pay her for it, as she had to borrow supplies and money to do it. I knew she was lying (I must be a psychic huh lol) So I said, once the spell is complete and starts to work then I will send the money. Oh noo that’s not how this works. Then came the, I trusted you so I did your work on credit lol. Zitmey hussles and she is a very mean person. I feel like she is racist.

I am a client of Zitmy and after 4 years of utilizing her services, I can say I never had any issues with her services or with gaining results from what she promises to deliver. This person who's writing negative about Medium Zitmy expects her to be a therapist, which she is not.
Her services are of the esoteric nature and once she performs them, then she is not there to listen to all your life problems and daddy issues. You'll notice this person is hyper compulsive, admitting to contacting her 10 plus multiple times, come on now...Who in their right mind does that?
That is borderline stalking. Zitmy the medium has 20 plus years within the Santeria craft, anyone claiming she is a fraud is lying and is just a run of the mill hater. People, try her services out and see for yourself and don't let weirdos and trolls define your decisions.
