ZK Guns advertized a gun for sale on the auction website, Gunbroker.com. Since the auction had ended with no bids, I emailed Mr. Zach Kean to inquire if the gun was still available. Mr. Kean stated yes and informed me we could do the transaction directly. We agreed on the price and shipping costs and I mailed him an agreement and a money order for payment in full.
Mr. Kean never delivered the gun and will not return the payment.
Mr. Kean will not answer the phone or respond to my emails.
In addition to being the owner of ZK Guns, Mr. Kean claims to be a police officer and a professor of criminal justice at the local community college!

I am a bad customer? Let's see, I order a gun, pay for it in full and never receive it. My emails and phone calls go unanswered. I am finally told that FedEx lost the gun and I will have to wait until the seller gets his money back before I will be reimbursed. I made threats? I did tell the seller I would file reports such as this. That was a warning not a threat.
I did finally get my money back as stated.
You decide.

Reading the customers complaint, most of it is true. I would not speak or make contact with the above customer because he was making threats and acting in a way a consumer should not. The customer was refunded his money and the money was verified by the bank that the customer cashed it.

I did post a gun for sale in Gunbroker. The customer did not even bid on the gun in the gunbroker auction. He waited until the auction was over to contact me to try and purchase the weapon.
Customer sent payment by money order. Once money order was recieved, I deposited money and made sure the item cleared. I got the item in question ready for shipping. Long story short, item got losted.
I explained to customer once insurance refund was recieved for lost shipment, refund would be sent. Customer recieved refund on July, 2, 2010. I would like this complaint removed.
