ZLOCK & COVERDALE ZLOCK LAW TAKES YOUR MONEY BUT DOESN'T DO THE WORK - OR IS INCOMPETENT LANGHORNE Pennsylvania
Zlock was very meticulous at billing. He did that well. I only wished was that focused and competent at reviewing the large amount of paperwork that my ex-husband and I had to file with both sets of attorneys to determine equitable distribution. Why do I make this claim? For approximately two years I was under the assumption, based on several discussions with Zlock, on what the outlook was for equitable distribution. He even called my ex-husband's attorney asking for a settlement amount based on these conversations. I was in his office when he made the call and request. However, the night before the Equitable Distributon Hearing was the first time he made me aware that this was not going to be what I was lead to believe for two years. When the equitable distribution hearing was held it was shocking that the outcome was not even close to what was discussed with Zlock throughout the two years. On top of this; paperwork that makes an argument for what an attorney's client position is for the Equitable Distribution Hearing needs to be filed one month before the hearing date. Zlock filed my paperwork with the court at 8am on the day of the hearing;. He clearly did not do the work, or was incompetent, in handling my case.
