Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

My dad is 90 years old.  His vision is failing, but he still reads continuously on his iPad because he can increase the font size.

Dad saw the Zoomies commercial and asked me to order him a pair.  I figured it was probably low quality and told him so, but he said "for $10, lets try it."

I went to the website.  The first thing you need to know is that there is a "Process Order" button on the home page.  All of the ordering, quantity, credit card, address, etc., is contained on the left side of the first page.  When you say you want one pair, you do not have the option of not buying the second pair.  The cost of shipping is $7.95 for EACH pair, plus $10 for the Zoomies.

You will not see in advance how much you are going to be charged until you hit the Process Order button. Once you hit the process order button, you are committed!  BE WARNED: the website is very confusing and will attempt to sell you more zoomies.  If you hit the wrong button, you cannot go back and change it and YOU WILL BE CHARGED! The price goes down on every set of Zoomies, but the $15.90 shipping and handling is attached to every two sets you order, accidentally or not!

The web site is deliberately confusing and they word it in such a way that after you hit the process order button, it can still keep adding on more pairs and an additional $7.95 shipping cost for each pair.

We received the Zoomies in about two weeks.  I pulled them from the package and tried them on.  There is NO WAY you can read anything with them.  I have very good vision and it is impossible to focus. What a lie they told. When you look at something more than 10 feet away, the field of vision is so small that

When it comes time to return the Zoomies, don't bother.  A charge of $15.90 has already been lost in the shipping and "additional processing and handling".  Then you will pay $6 in shipping to get $10 back.  You will probably do better to just trash them.  By trashing them (and they are trash), at least Zoomies won't get two pairs back that they can turn around and send to someone else.

The problem is, why can't people make a product that actually works and just sell it for a fair price?  Why do they have to be obviously deceptive and steal money from those who are easily swayed by fast talking infomercials?

It is really sad, and I hope I have learned my lesson.  I write this hoping people will look for a review before purchasing Zoomies.  I think if they would have called them "Crappies" and sold it as a prank gimmick, I would have been more forgiving.

DON"T BUY ZOOMIES!!!!!
